The Ramada Balaton, or Ramada Hotel & Resort Lake Balaton 4 star conferece, wellness and resort hotel was opened on the north shore of Lake Balaton. The hotel totally suites to the international standards (interms of building and the operating standards). The Hotel is open during the whole year.
The Ramada Hotel & Resort Lake Balaton is located in Balatonalmádi on the North shore of the Lake, among mountains in submediterranean microclimate.
The hotel is totally selfsupported and has its own (seperated) area. It was built on an 1,9 acre big acient trees garden. The guests can enjoy the view of Lake Balaton from their rooms, because every room has beautiful view to the lake Balaton.
The Ramada Hotel Balaton can be reached easily on the M7 hightway from Budapest and also from the South coast of Balaton. From the direction of Austria (Vienna) there is the M1 highway which goes across Győr and after that the road 82 leads to Veszprém and than only 12 km to Balatonalmádi.
If someone comes from the direction of Graz he´s going to pass Rábafüzes, Körmend and Veszprém on the main road 8 during the journey to the Hotel Ramada.
The railwaystation is about 5 minutes walk from the Hotel.
The town can also be reached by scheduled international bus lines.
The hotel on its whole 12 floors has 210 rooms (16 staterooms/suites; 45 family rooms, the family rooms can open together) all of them have airconditioning system. On the hallway there is 4 elevators, 2 of them carry the guests to the floor of the pool and restaurants. The guests can reach the wellness department on a different elevator too. The fire service was built up by the highest international standards.
There is a garage for 40 cars and a closed parking lot for 120 cars.
The hotel´s own beach can be reached on the bridge over the 71 highway.
The Ramada Hotel and Resort Lake Balaton has two restaurants. Sirocco (a´la carte) has 180 seats and the other which name is Levante has the posibility to welcome 120 visitor. They also can open to one room/ into one block. Grill terrace for 300 person with live music from spring to autumn.
The Mistral Bar has enough room to provide seats to 90 person, its open till 1:00 am, and the guests can choose dish either from a’la carte or snack menu. At nights the cafe has it´s own 60 lounge chairs , and the 60 seats on the teracce from spring to autumn is available, where the guests also can listen live piano music,have some time to relax or have a great time.
Our hotel has a huge 800 m2 wellness department. It offers extensive and modern wellness, beauty and relaxation services. There is 25m long indoor swimming pool, Kneipp-terapy, Finnish sauna with a cold watered dipping bath/basin, infra sauna wih rayterapy,jacuzzi, steam bath,comfortable massage rooms with intimate light and music.
Our manicurists, chiropodists beauticiant and hairdressers use the best agents that are on the market right now. The cardio-fitness room has trully the best equipments. Our aerobic room and the relax room with breathing beds are available to our visitors. There is a special opportunity to our guests (Biospace Inbody 3.0).They are able to count their body weight and present physical status (with the Biospace Inbody 3.0), and specialists help the guests to undersand the results and they also give advice for certain dietary.
Conference/meeting
There are 6 conference rooms (700 m2), they can be split into several parts. The whole conference department all together is about 1100 m2 big.
The biggest one is the Tramontana ballroom, it´s about 473 m2, which is enough to admit about 600 guests, if they arrange the chairs into theater-style.
Our hotel offers the best equipments in a unique milieu (fitted carpet, natural light with the option of black out). It is a great place to reorganize a team, havea training for them , to organize corporates, business meetings, banquets and any other kind of parties.

The Congress Center lays next to the hall on the groundfloor it is almost 1000 m2 , it has its own entrance,checkroom,regitration counter (reception).
Both our ball and conferenceroom has air-conditional system,fitted karpet and have the option of black out and we have the best audivisual equipment that is ont he market rightnow. Wireless internet is available in the whole building.
The Management Board Room is on the 1st floor, and it is perfect for management meetings. The attractive Sky Lounge is awesome for special events and the Levante Restaurant is fitting for closed corporates/events/outing.All of these rooms have natural ligh and the option of black out.The headroom is 4,1 m int he ballroom and in this way makes good conditions to solve the decorating and lighting problems.
